The future of population growth in Japan! From a spiritual perspective, this discussion of population growth is not about Japan specifically, but about population growth worldwide.

Currently, the global population is said to be 7.5 billion, and by 2050 it is expected to exceed 10 billion.

In this situation, from a spiritual perspective, one can see both negative and positive potential futures for Japan.

First, looking at the negative perspective for Japan’s future: China’s economic development to this extent was possible because developed countries economically engaged with China, which has an enormous population. In this context, population size is a major factor.

Even within Japan, in some rural areas, the population is small and economic activity is weak, and there is a growing tendency for people to move to densely populated areas such as the Kanto region.

In other words, from a global perspective, Japan is experiencing population decline and an aging society, resulting in fewer people and a weakening of the country’s attractive power.

Even now, these trends are already occurring. The depreciation of the yen can be seen as reflecting the country’s values, and aside from the tourism industry, this situation may appear harsh in many areas.

The future of Japan with a growing population, thoughts on “spirituality,” and “spirituality”

The future of Japan with a growing population, thoughts on “spirituality,” and “spirituality”

The future of Japan’s population and considerations on “spiritual rank” can be discussed from a spiritual perspective.

On this blog, I have repeatedly talked about “soul growth.” Just as the growth of knowledge is made up of each individual “insight,” the growth of the heart, which is “spiritual rank growth,” is also made up of each individual insight from the heart.

When one’s spiritual rank increases, their presence in a spiritual sense grows stronger, their ability to creatively fulfill the hearts of others increases, and the more insights they have, the broader their perspective on things becomes. This is not a difficult concept—it is simply the process of becoming spiritually mature.

Conversely, a “low spiritual rank” indicates weak spiritual presence, a tendency to prioritize fulfilling one’s own heart over others’, and a narrower perspective due to fewer insights from the heart.

When spiritual rank is low, individuals have weaker spiritual presence, are more prone to stress, and the energy to seek their own presence may manifest in harmful behaviors such as slander, child abuse, bullying, moral harassment, toxic parenting, stalking, violent crimes, and other actions that negatively impact society.

If many people with low spiritual rank appear, it could even, in extreme cases, threaten the natural world on this planet.

I find myself reflecting particularly on the spiritual rank of the Japanese people.

Japanese education tends to place value only on each individual “insight” of knowledge, and there is a cultural tendency to equate high paper test scores with personal worth.

Compared to the past, it is likely that more people with “low spiritual rank” have emerged.

While this cannot be said of all countries, many nations have some form of religious or spiritual consciousness, and a tendency to turn attention inward toward the heart.

In Western countries, there is a tendency to accept spiritual values, and in fact, the concept of “spirituality” originated in the United Kingdom.

If the current state continues into the future, it is quite possible that Japan could experience further decline.

The future of Japan's population growth: Considerations from a spiritual perspective

The future of Japan’s population and considerations from a spiritual perspective offer thought-provoking insights.

From a spiritual standpoint, according to the “Gaia Law,” which governs the laws of civilization, there is a possibility that the next center of civilization will emerge as a spiritual civilization focused around Awaji Island in Japan.

The past clairvoyant Rudolf Steiner spoke of a vision in which demons and gods of light gather at the apex of the pyramid in Japan, contending to claim the nation. It is said that whoever conquers Japan would be able to control the world.

From a spiritual perspective, this raises questions about what conditions or forces would bring about such a scenario.

When spiritual topics appear on Yahoo! News, there are often quite negative comments. This may reflect the current tendency of the Japanese public.

Japanese people tend to accept a variety of religions, but it cannot be said that as many are deeply devout as in some other countries.

On the other hand, this tolerance toward religious or spiritual constraints may indicate the potential for limitless growth of the human heart.

It is possible that in the future, more people may awaken to spiritual awareness, and more individuals with higher spiritual rank may emerge.

As spiritual rank increases, one’s charisma in a spiritual sense also tends to grow, potentially creating something in Japan that is spiritually charismatic and attractive even to those overseas.

However, at present, it is difficult to feel that such a vision will manifest in Japan immediately.
