The arrival of an era where marriage is impossible! Spiritual

The arrival of an era where marriage becomes difficult! From a spiritual perspective, it may become increasingly common to see signs of an era in which “getting married” is difficult.

First, due to the impact of COVID-19, economic activities have become unstable. For most people—except for public servants—there is an understandable uncertainty about whether significant changes might occur in their lives.

From a conventional perspective, the less wealthy often have a higher likelihood of marrying, as marriage can serve the purpose of mutually supporting each other.

Regarding the arrival of an era where marriage becomes difficult, it is now possible to live independently and maintain a normal life as a single person. In this context, the desire to maintain one’s current standard of living may also contribute to the difficulty of getting married.

We are currently living in an era that embraces “diversity of values.” Conversely, this also means that values are dispersed, making it harder to encounter a partner whose values align closely with one’s own.

There is also another perspective to consider. Stories of unhappiness in marriage can lead people to seek an outlet for their stress on the internet.

Among those who observe these stories, the perceived appeal of marriage may diminish, making the state of being “unable to marry” more likely to manifest.

After all, among those who are married, not many openly share their personal happiness with others.

The arrival of an era where “marriage becomes difficult” can also be seen as a significant topic from the perspective of “soul growth” and spirituality.

As I have discussed many times on this blog, “soul growth” means that each piece of knowledge we gain is a form of insight, and similarly, the growth of the heart—our spiritual stature—is made up of each moment of inner awareness.

When one’s spiritual stature rises, their presence and influence in a mental sense increase, their creativity to fulfill the hearts of others expands, and the more insights one has, the wider their perspective becomes. This is not a difficult concept—it is essentially the process of becoming spiritually “mature.”

Conversely, when one’s spiritual stature is low, their presence in a mental sense is weak. They tend to prioritize satisfying their own heart over fulfilling the hearts of others, and with fewer insights, their perspective becomes narrower. Again, this is not a complicated matter—it is spiritually akin to being a “child.”

In Japan, education tends to place high value only on each individual piece of knowledge, while the awareness of each insight that contributes to heart growth, or spiritual growth, is comparatively weak.

Moral values are originally meant to be taught by parents, yet if a parent’s own spiritual stature is low, their attention to heart growth is also limited.

Among spiritually “immature” individuals, feelings toward marriage may not easily arise, and it is also possible that their presence and attractiveness to the opposite sex are diminished.

The arrival of an era where “marriage becomes difficult” can also be seen as influenced by the force of “female-dominant energy” from a spiritual perspective.

In spirituality, it is said that the overall energy of the Earth is gradually shifting from “male-dominant energy” to “female-dominant energy.”

This change is not sudden like flipping a black-and-white switch, but rather gradual, like the relationship between the sun and the moon, and it affects the entire planet regardless of gender.

The “female-dominant energy” is still in its early stages. The emotional energy of young women—expressed through joy, anger, sorrow, and pleasure—tends to be more pronounced, and this can manifest socially as polarization, contradictions, frequent reversals of policy, or wave-like patterns.

Men tend to “restrain and control” their emotional energy, which often makes their mind and body rigid, while women tend to “release and control” their emotional energy outwardly, which makes their mind and body more flexible.

Change occurs more easily in flexibility than rigidity, and the era marks the beginning of a “time of rapid change” driven by female-dominant energy.

This polarization can appear as a form of resistance, and it may manifest not only as difficulty in getting married but also potentially as divorce.
